According to court documents dated May 5, 2026, the case, marked Suit No. ID/ADR/2226/2022, was presided over by Hon. Justice O.O. Abike-Fadipe. The claimant, Apostle Johnson Suleman, had approached the court over a series of publications and online statements which he described as defamatory and damaging to his reputation and public image. The court documents stated that the claimant alleged that several statements and social media publications made by the defendant portrayed him in a negative light, accusing him of misconduct and other actions capable of injuring his reputation as a religious leader and founder of Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide.
